Mt Lewis Park Playground Upgrade and Ground Improvements Stage 1 - T29-20

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the Stage I redevelopment of the existing playground and surrounding area at the Mt Lewis Playground - 

Works to include:

• Demolition of existing facilities and reconstruction of civil works; 

• Construction of new landscaping; 

• Supply and installation of a wet pour rubber softfall system; and 

• Certification of works at practical completion stage. 

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request. 

A mandatory site briefing will be held 10.00 am on Tuesday 22nd October 2019. Site Location is Mt Lewis Park, Noble Avenue, Mt Lewis.
