Expression of Interest: Leasing of Buildings 220, 221, 222 and 222A, Callan Park - EF23/1707

Callan Park is a 61-hectare site on the Parramatta River which previously functioned as the Rozelle Hospital. A 38 hectare area of Callan Park is vested with the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust (the Trust) while 22 hectares is owned by NSW Health. The Trust and NSW Health jointly manage the park through an agreed MOU.
