As part of Transport for NSW’s Safer Cities Program, Hunter & Central Coast Development Corporation (HCCDC) are delivering upgrades to public open spaces within the Hunter region.
The project aims to create safer public spaces, designed for teenage girls as a target group. HCCDC is seeking a Landscape Architect as the lead designer for the project to engage in a co-design process with project stakeholders, and ultimately deliver on the final design outcomes and planning requirements for these public spaces.
Tenderers interested must be registered under the scheme SCM0801 - Goverrnment Architect’s Strategy and Design scheme and listed for registration specialising in category of Landscape architecture design.
The Contract will be spread across four (4) Stages with site selection based on the outcomes of Stage 1.
- Stage 1: Co-design Workshop and Site/s Selection
- Stage 2: Design Development and Approvals
- Stage 3: Issue for Construction Documentation
- Stage 4: Construction Delivery
Consultants will be asked to price all Stages scope.
