Tender Details

Acting as an agent for its member Councils, SSROC invites tenders for suitably qualified and experienced parties for the provision of tree pruning and associated arboricultural services for each of the participating Councils.

Due to the size of the region, it is envisaged that regional panels based on geographical location will be established consisting of approximately four (4) contractors each, depending on the contractor's ability to provide overall benefit to the Councils.

The initial contract term is for a period of three (3) years with the option to extend the contract by two (2) further periods each of up to one (1) year in duration, subject to satisfactory performance by the contractor, and at the discretion of the participating Councils.
