NSW RFS AV VENDOR PANEL - RFS-RFQ 2023-170

Those Vendors that are successfully selected for inclusion on the RFS AV Vendor Panel (Panel) will be engaged by NSW RFS under the terms of a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA), a draft of which is provided with this RFT.

Whilst the SOA makes no commitment to purchasing any quantities from any Vendor, it does include provisions that show how Vendors may be rewarded with additional business opportunities for consistently meeting or exceeding agreed performance targets.

Panel Vendors that are unable to meet their agreed targets may have reduced business opportunities until such time as they are able to resolve any identified performance issues.

The term of the NSW RFS AV Panel and SOA is for an initial period of three (3) years with the provision up to two one (1) year extension. The decision to extend the SOA will be at the sole discretion of RFS.

The NSW RFS also reserves the right to allow new Vendors to join the Panel after each twelve (12) month period of the SOA. This will be subject to new applicants providing the same information and being evaluated against the same criteria as contained in this RFT.
