Supply of Leased Office Space - 1000427 EOI

Building owners and developers are invited to submit Expressions of Interest to supply up to 22,000 sqm of A-grade leased office accommodation in either the Sydney CBD, Green Square Town Centre or Australian Technology Park, Redfern. 

The building is to have a NABERS energy and water rating of 4.5 Stars or better and be available for fit out in early 2014.

 There is a preference for the space to be in a single building however a split tenancy across two buildings may also be acceptable.

This Call for EOI is the first stage in a multi-stage procurement process to source suitable office accommodation for central government.
