"As part of the Resilient Homes Program buyback process, the NRRC requires the services of independent valuers to provide valuation services in relation to properties under the buyback stream, including in relation to assessments of compensation in accordance with the Land Acquisition (Just Terms) Compensation Act 1991 (Just Terms Act). determine the: 

•‘as is’ market value and pre-flood event market value of properties; and 

•compensation payable under the ‘heads of compensation’ in accordance with the Land Acquisition (Just Terms) Compensation Act 1991 (Just Terms Act)."
