Supply, Manufacture & Construct Sealy Lookout Viewing Platform at Bruxner Park Flora Reserve (North East Region - Coffs Harbour)

Forest NSW intends to engage the services of a suitabaly experienced and competent contractor  for the Supply, Manufacture and Construction of a lookout viewing platform and associated works at Bruxner Park Flora Reserve in Coffs Harbour.

The contract will be a Lump Sum contract  and the details of the services required are described in the scope of works and technical specifications of the tender document.

 

 

The work is to be carried out in accordance with Architectural drawings SL 001 to SL 004 which includes specification notes in Drawing No.SL004 and with Structural drawings 161-143-1 to 3, including construction notes in Drg No.161-143-1 and in accordance with AS 2124-1992 General Conditions of Contract plus any special conditions included.

 

The works include the provision of all plant, labour, materials and services required for satisfactory completion of all works. All materials and workmanship shall comply with current relevant Australian Standards and other conditions as specified in the drawings.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

•It is suggested the documents be printed out on A4 doubled sided format for better  viewing.

 

•The G-Sections of the document needs to be printed out, fill in the details and return with all other documentation as required.

 

•Submissions by tenderers for non-price attributes shall be limited to no more than 20 single sided A4 pages.

 

•Tenderers to attend the Tender briefing & site Inspection at 10 am on Tuesday 5^th April 2011.
