Transport for NSW is seeking Registrations of Interest from suitably qualified parties interested in partnering with the NSW Government to deliver a major lifejacket supply and promotion program statewide.
The prime purpose of the Registration of Interest is to:
- identify the degree and the nature of industry interest in supporting such a program; and
- provide a framework for engaging with industry in initiating the procurement process, particularly in the development and refinement of the project scope prior to the release of Expressions of Interest.
The lifejacket supply and promotion program aims to:
- Significantly improve the ease and convenience statewide of keeping inflatable lifejackets serviced appropriately and ‘fit for purpose’ eg., a ‘swap and go’ replacement system; and
- Improve the rate of wearing lifejackets statewide.
