The purchasing of the following Services are covered under the proposed Agreement: • The service provider will be responsible for the maintenance and updating of all Government data records currently contained within the ServiceLink directory. • The service provider will be responsible for the maintenance and updating of all NGO data records currently contained within the ServiceLink directory. • The service provider will be responsible for the maintenance and updating of all Private Provider data records currently contained within the ServiceLink directory. • New data records will require addition from time to time. A detailed description of the Services is described in the Part F - Statement of Requirements. It is envisaged that the term of the proposed Agreement will be of three (3) years, which may be extended for a further 2 x 1 year at the discretion of the Principal. |
