Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced parties for the additions and alterations of the existing Bankstown Senior Citizen's Centre at 7 West Terrace, Bankstown. Works includes the upgrade of structural, electrical mechanical, hydraulic services within the building.

Council will conduct a compulsory briefing for Tenderers at the Bankstown Senior Citizen's Centre, 7 West Terrace, Bankstown on 29 July 2010 at 2pm
Council will not consider a Tender lodged by a Tenderer who fails to attend this briefing, or fails to ensure that a representative attends on its behalf in the case of a company.
