State Transit is inviting Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced training organisations to enter into a contract(s) for the provision of prevention of workplace violence training for its bus operators and other required employees. Three separate Training Programs will be provided; one to prepare new operators, the second as a refresher program for existing drivers, and the third for other priority staff. The Trainers will be appropriately qualified in TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, possess qualifications in relevant fields, and at least competency to the standard required in TLIO1207C ‘Manage disruptive and/or unlawful behaviour’. The Trainers shall have a minimum of 5 years experience in delivering training to this standard.
