Tender Details
The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to:
Grounds Maintenance in the listed Hunter Institute (HI) Campuses, including all HI owned property and all Council and HI owned footpaths, as specified. This includes all land between the campus boundary and adjacent road alignment.
The contract period will be 1 July 2010 until 30 June 2012, with a possible three (3) off, one(1) year extensions at the discretion of the Principal.
The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.
