Minimum Requirement:
Tenderers must demonstrate as a minimum:
Minimum Requirement 1 -
(a) The Applicant must include and nominate in the Application at least one Participant that is, at the Closing Date and Time, a construction firm included on both RMS’ F50 (Financial) and R4 (Roadworks) Register of Prequalified Contractors; and
(b) The Applicant must acknowledge and agree in the Application that construction of all bridgeworks must be by the construction firms nominated in the Application which are, at the Closing Date and Time, prequalified to at least RMS’ B3 (Bridgeworks) Register of Prequalified Contractors.
Minimum Requirement 2 - The Applicant has successfully undertaken the design and construction of one road infrastructure project in a brownfield (live traffic) CBD urban environment valued at $50 million (project value) in the last five years, where the Applicant was the lead contractor or significant partner.
Minimum Requirement 3 - The Applicant must provide details of its Work Health and Safety Management System, Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
Minimum Requirement 4 - The Applicant must have sufficient financial resources and liquidity, in the opinion of TfNSW, to satisfactorily undertake the Project.
