This RFT seeks service providers that can undertake all of the activities required by the Managed Builder Program including contract review, quantity surveying and building inspections.
The purpose of the Managed Builder Program (MBP) is to assist new entrants to the building industry or existing builders who have low equity in their business obtain eligibility for home warranty insurance and/or cover for specific residential building projects.
The Managed Builder Program will require some Builders to participate in a process whereby the contractual arrangements for a Project (including scheduled payments) are reviewed and approved, costings checked; residential building work inspected and payments authorised by a third party service provider approved by the Principal.
This RFT seeks provision of such 3rd party service provider services throughout the State of NSW.
