Teacher Housing Authority of NSW - Booligal and Hay Residences. Refurbishment and Maintenance of 1 x Residence at Booligal and 4 x Residences at Hay.

Booligal and Hay are located in south/ west NSW. Booligal is located approximately 100kms north of Hay. The work is for refurbishment and upgrade of five Teacher Housing Authority residences which involves new kitchen, laundry and bathroom upgrades, painting, floor coverings, concrete paving, fencing and general maintenance.

The work also involves the fabrication of a two bedroom transportable extension at Booligal.

NOTE: Interested tenderers must hold a current unrestricted builders licence for the state of New South Wales and attend the Mandatory pre tender site meeting

MANDATORY PRE TENDER SITE MEETING

A Mandatory Pre Tender Site Meeting will be held at each property. The meetings will commence at Booligal THA School Residence at 8:45am on Wednesday 19th October 2011 and continue at each of the four Hay THA residences on the same day. Tenderers who fail to attend the Mandatory Pre Tender Site Meetings at all five properties will be ineligible to submit a tender for this contract.
