T26-11 Rose Park Channel Rehabilitation and Shared Path - T26-11

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake ROSE PARK CHANNEL REHABILITATION AND SHARED PATH

Works under Separable Portion A of this Contract generally include

·        Clearing and Grubbing

·        Weed spray

·        Reshaping creek as per design cross sections

·        Rock armoring at channel bed.

·        Rock armoring at creek embankment

·        Removing portion of old steel corrugated 1800 mm dia pipe.

·        Supply and lay 1800mm dia reinforced concrete pipe Class 2.

·        Supply and lay precast junction pit to accommodate 1800mm dia pipe.

·        Supply and lay head wall to suit 1800mm dia pipe.

·        Supply and lay Jute mat

·        Landscape planting

Works under Separable Portion B of this Contract generally include

·        Excavation and Construction of foot paving for shared path

·        Laying of 375mm dia drainage pipe

·        Construction of storm water drainage pits

·        Line marking and sign posting

·        Turfing and minor landscape works
