Operation and Maintenance of Baryulgil and Malabugilmah Water Supply and Sewerage Schemes - 1001291

The contract is for the provision of operation and maintenance of the water supply and sewerage services at the Aborignal communities of Baryulgil and Malabugilmah.

The Principal is also seeking prices for optional works for the operation and maintenance of the water supply and sewerage schemes at the Jubullum Aboriginal Community in the Tenterfield Shire.

The works under this contract can be summarised by the following, but is not limited to:

• Full routine operation and maintenance servicing of the water supply and sewerage system
• Routine inspection of the system
• Undertake repairs or replacement of equipment if necessary
• Emergency repairs to restore services as quickly as possible
• Maintaining and updating management plans
• Collection of water and testing
• Monitoring storage levels and recording meter readings
• Maintenance of facilities including security and fencing
• Liaising with stakeholders and the community
• Reporting to the Principal

The second envelope is to contain the Tender Form and any other Tender Schedules containing price information.
