TfNSW seeks proposals for the supply of a high-speed passenger ferry service between Circular Quay and Manly Wharf as more particularly described in the Proposed Contract.
The successful proponent will be required to operate a safe and reliable scheduled fast ferry passenger service between Circular Quay Wharf and Manly Wharf.
This RFP is issued in accordance with TfNSW’s Wharf Access Policy and with the intent of maximizing benefits to customers in terms of high service levels and competitive fare levels.

Conditions for Participation
A data room will be set up for this RFP containing copies of all RFP documents and general information that can assist proponents in preparing their response. The Data Room will also be the means by which respondents can submit questions and receive answers.
Proponents will be required to complete a Data Room Agreement available as part of this Tender Detail and email the details of users requiring access to the dataroom (email address) and the signed confidentiality deeds to ferryprocurement@transport.nsw.gov.au
