- Engage qualified hygienist
- Establish site controls
- Demolition of asbestos building
- Removal of asbestos material from site
- Disposal of asbestos at appropriate facility
- Provide clearance certificate
- Demolition and removal of other buildings identified
- Demolition and removal of lookout
- Demolition and removal of shed and tip
- Removal of tyres and associated waste in area
- Removal of rubbish tipped over rock edge
