Respondents to RFT FRNSW000109 are required to include in their proposal Occupational Physicians that are Fellows of the Australasian Faculty of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (AFOEM) and have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and appropriate insurances as requested in the RFT documents.
Respondents should demonstrate in their proposal they have substantial experience working with safety critical workers.
A Tender Briefing will be held at FRNSW Headquarters, 1 Amarina Avenue, Greenacre NSW on Tuesday, 7 May, 2019 commencing at 11:00am. Tenderers are advised to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the Tender Briefing to be processed through Security Concierge.
Estimated Timeframe for Delivery
The Independent Occupational Physician Services will be required to commence in July 2019.
