Tender Details
The current Case Management System at the Dust Diseases Board (DDB) is inadequate to meet the needs of the business. The current system is based on three separate applications which do not fully integrate and are therefore unable to provide single and consistent case management for the DDB. There are no workflows, no diary functions, no true audit capability and modifications and enhancements have become expensive and cumbersome to implement.
The DDB have developed new requirements specifications covering Compensation & Client Management with a focus on Medical and Patient/Dependant Care, Claims and Compensation payments and Management of Trust Accounts. The new specifications address the current and future business needs and specifically enable the DDB, a part of CASD, to manage applications for screening, testing, diagnosis, health care management, assistance management, compensation or benefits for workers and their dependants.
