It ensures that the ROC staff with Day of operations responsibilities are provided with the most relevant and up-to-date information to assist with monitoring and analysing activities during normal operations and in disruption and recover modes, by acting as a real time information aggregator to facilitate decision making for response and management of events or incidents.
