Sydney Trains & NSW Trains / Fleet Building Maintenance - WS4039876448

The objective of this procurement activity is to engage a suitable supplier/s to carry out trade and non-trade maintenance work at sites across the Greater Sydney Region as requested.

Sydney Trains objective of this procurement activity is to establish a seven (7) year agreement (3-year contract plus four (4) x one (1) year extension options with a suitable supplier/s who can carry out both trade and non-trade maintenance activities at multiple fleet building sites across the Greater Sydney Region.

These works are offered to the market in seven (7) separable portions. The separable portions represent regions in which Sydney Trains will contract with one supplier to supply all the services in the Scope. Sydney Trains reserves the right to award one or more contracts for this work however please note only one contract will be issued for each separable portion. Suppliers will be required to carry out some of this work outside normal business hours and make provision for a 24/7 day a week contact in the case of urgent requirements.

It is imperative that Sydney Trains engage a safe and reliable supplier/s who can deliver these services whilst observing all safety protocols required in delivering the work.
