Inc with more than 5 years’ experience preferably in the rail industry, to submit proposals for the Maintenance, through-life support, Integration and Project Services of Closed-Circuit Television ("CCTV") and Help Point System.

Sydney Trains and NSW TrainLink utilize a CCTV system and a Help Point system to ensure the safety and security of passengers during their journey.

The required System Maintenance and Project Services being procured encompasses Maintenance and Support Services, Management and Administration Services, and Works Services. Works Services include additional services requested by the Principal, such as MAC Works, Project Works, and Integration Works. Project Works involve setting up the System at a new Site and modifying or decommissioning an existing site.
