As above - Mitsubishi are currently the sole Type Approved supplier for these critical goods, and continue to maintain and manage the IP for the existing installed units. Given the agreement will expire in March 2020 with options to extend exhausted, ST will proactively engage Mitsubishi with the primary objective to ensure continuation of supply in alignment too a TfNSW, supply of goods agreement.
