Tender Details
The Sydney Trains’ SCADA system is used to monitor and control the High Voltage (132kV, 66kV, 33kV, 11kV, 2kV AC) electrical distribution networks and the 1500 VDC electrical traction network. The SCADA Master Station provides the user interface to allow the electrical networks to be controlled during emergencies or maintenance periods as well as to show the live status of the network. The system also maintains asset condition information used to inform asset management and maintenance decisions.
All interested parties are advised that Sydney Trains will conduct an optional Briefing Session for prospective proponents, at 09:00 AM AEDT Tuesday December 16 2014, at Burwood. Proponents are asked to confirm their intention to attend the briefing session by posting an entry on the Q&A Board in the RFP event in Ariba, in which they are to advise the names, positions/titles and mobile phone numbers for each attendee, at which time proponents will be informed of the exact venue details. Proponents are asked to limit the number of attendees from their organisation to no more than three (3) as space may be limited.
Prospective proponents are also advised that they MUST register their interest in this RFP, by sending an email to tenderinfo@transport.nsw.gov.au, in order to be able to view all of the documents associated with this RFP and to be able to access the Q&A Board in order to advise their intention to attend the optional Briefing Session.
