Sydney Trains is seeking property management services covering tenancy management; lease transactions; planning and marketing; data management; and financial management to manage a property portfolio of around 2000 occupancy agreements covering a variety of council, community, residential, industrial, commercial and retail occupations.

The property portfolio is generally located on railway land i.e. stations, railway yards and along or near the rail corridor allocated against metropolitan and outer regions that include:

Region 10 (Illawarra South), Region 11 (North West) and Region 12 (City).

NSW Regions: Far North Coast, Mid North Coast, New England, Central Coast, Hunter, Cumberland/Prospect, Nepean, Northern Sydney, Inner West, South East Sydney, South West Sydney, Central West, Orana/Far West, Riverina/Murray, Illawarra, Southern Highlands
