Tender Details

The XPT and Xplorer buffet equipment maintenance services include periodic inspections and repairs including, management and/or supply of spare parts. The buffet equipment includes:

  • Fridges / Freezers            

    • Inspect for serviceability all fridges and freezer door hinges. All hinge fixing points on door and cabinet frames are to be inspected.

    • Inspect all fridge / freezer door seals and replace with new items of existing design if required.

  • Drawers

    • Inspect all buffet drawers & bin drawers for serviceability.

  • Sliding Drawer Locks – maintenance

    • Inspect Buffet Car Sliding Drawer Locks for serviceability.

  • Storage locker doors, door tracks and shelving.

Compartment appointments including towel rails, clips, counters and Perspex menu covers.
