Contractor to perform Testing and Tagging of electrical equipment assets in Sydney Trains and NSW TransLink locations across NSW.
Sydney Trains and NSW TransLink has a requirement for testing and tagging services of their electrical equipment for Fleet Maintenance Division (Separable Portion-1) and Customer Environment Division (Separable Portion-2) across NSW.
The number of sites that at required testing and tagging for Separable Portion-1 are more than 2,200 assets for 6 Maintenance Services and for Separable Portion-2 includes 276 Stations, 15 Depots, 15 Signal Boxes and a handful of other facilities.

Conditions for Participation
Supplier must demonstrate they can meet Conditions of Participations as a minimum requirement through their submission as following:
1) Financial health check
• audited financial statements for the past three years
2) Insurance
• Public & Product liability $20 million for each claim
• Professional indemnity $1M for each claim
3) WHS requirements
• copy of the Proponents Safety Management System
4) Information System Capability
• To provide details on the their software system and hardware equipment that will be used to track, manage and record the Maintenance Services
5) Demonstrate 30% self-delivery capability
• To provide an organisational or structural chart that shows how the Maintenance Services will be delivered. This needs to clearly show where internal staff are to be utilised vs where external sub-contractors would be used
6) Geographic capability
• To provide at least two contracts that had a large geographical spread in the maintained assets
