Penrith Resignalling Project

Sydney Trains is seeking responses from experienced, suitably qualified proponents who can demonstrate the ability to design, construct and commission the works related to Penrith Resignalling on the Blue Mountains Line in NSW.

The tender will be conducted in two stages. 

In the first stage (this stage), interested proponents will be required to provide  non-pricing information as per the attached Request for Information (RFI) schedules in order for Sydney Trains to ascertain market capability and capacity. 

The second stage will involve the issue of a Request for Proposal (RFP) to shortlisted proponents. In this stage proponents will provide Sydney Trains a priced submission.

Interactive sessions with proponents will be conducted during both the stages.
