To establish a panel of suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of traffic management services. 

The suppliers are required to provide traffic control personnel to manage the traffic, all the necessary equipment and signage, development of all required Traffic Control Plans and Traffic Management Plans, obtaining Road Occupancy Licenses and all the required approvals and permissions from Transport for NSW, Local Councils, the NSW Police Force and other relevant authorities necessary to perform the services.
