The Operational Critical Data Network (‘OCDN’) is the Sydney Trains telecommunications backbone network. The ODCN consists of Brocade network switches which will reach end of life from 2017 onwards and are required to be replaced. The scope of this project is to release a tender to the market and set up a contract for new network switches. The supply agreement will constitute both hardware supply and life support/maintenance services
