Sydney Trains & NSW Trains / Advertising concession Agreement for Bus shelters and Interchanges - WS235036

The primary objective of the contract is new revenue outdoor advertising concession at bus shelters and interchanges located on RailCorp land via an open market RFP.

This is a revenue project and the duration of the contract will be 5 years with an option to extend for an additional 2 x 1year terms (up to total of 7 years). Sydney Trains’ intend to utilise the existing bus shelters and interchanges within the stations’ precincts identified as RailCorp property for the purpose of generating revenue through advertising based on the Sydney Trains’ Bus Shelters advertising model.

The Scope of services includes the evaluation, assessment of potential sites (as identified by the respondent’s response) for the development of a bus shelter/interchange advertising, construct a bus shelter (if not currently available or existing requires upgrading), supply, install, maintain and operate advertising solutions and assets on approved sites.
