WS1618203403 – Penrith Station New Train Crew Depot:

The contract is a Design and Construct (D&C contract).

The project is within a Heritage Listed area and has been approved by the Office Environment Heritage OEH. The project encompasses the removal of existing portable buildings located at the end of Platform 3, in preparation for a new train crew facility. The new works involves the manufacture, supply and site installation of a new portable modular two storey building in the same location. The scope includes site works, demolition, excavation, civil works, new electrical, communications , fire services, internal  fit out works and external stairs, concrete paving and  landscaping.
