Sydney Trains (ST) is seeking a SOLUTION for Rail Automated Non-Destructive Testing of 5000 to 7000kms annually for the next 9 (5+2+1+1) years.   

Scope Headlines 

·         Delivery could be through a full service or Capital purchase plus service model 

·         Post-run analysis performed by the Contractor 

·         ST will accept participation from consortiums 

·         Solution focus is on internal flaws, however ST will be reviewing surface defect detection capabilities 

Solution must: 

·         Be proven and reliable 

·         Perform automated detection 

·         Interact with signalling (self-propelled, towed or mounted on ST asset(s) 

·         Interface with ST ERP/EAM systems (through a portal)
