Tender Details
Transport for NSW (TfNSW) invites industry participants with an interest in delivering all or parts of the Digital Systems Program Trackside Package or Traffic Management System (TMS) Package to register to attend a briefing on these packages (EOI Briefing) that will be held in Sydney on Thursday 1 November 2018.
The purpose of the EOI Briefing is to provide an overview of the Trackside Package and TMS Package scope, EOI process and Early Contractor Involvement process.
Interested parties that register their interest and are accepted for registration by TfNSW (successful registrants) will be provided with further details of the EOI Briefing.
TfNSW may, in its absolute discretion refuse to register any interested party (or any consortium which includes an interested party) which, in TfNSW's opinion, does not have suitable capacity or capability to deliver all or parts of the Trackside Package and/or TMS Package or which TfNSW otherwise considers to be unsuitable to participate in the EOI Briefing.
TfNSW anticipates two separate Invitation for EOI (IEOI) eTender advertisements for the Trackside Package and TMS Package will be published within the next 5 business days. Successful registrants will not be required to re-register under the separate IEOI eTender advertisements.

For each package, an interested party must register by:
- returning completed copy of the relevant package Registration Form and executed Confidentiality Deed Poll via email to DigitalSystems.Procurement@transport.nsw.gov.au before the closing time and date of the EOI Briefing registration at 2:00pm on Wednesday 29 October 2018.
- submitting their response as two (2) files only.
