GOULBURN HOSPITAL – ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADE STANDBY DIESEL GENERATOR AND ANCILLARIES
Scope of works: Provide electrical systems as documented. 1. Manufacture, assembly, site delivery, permanent positioning, installation and commissioning of an 1100kVA standby diesel generating set. 2. Manufacture, assembly, supply, installation and permanent positioning of a 5000 litre diesel tank with fuel control panel, fill point and associated fuel pipes. 3. Connection of fuel lines, vent lines and overfill/overflow lines all in accordance with AS1940. 4. Extension of Engine Exhaust and Ventilation exhaust system through the roofing system. Including all weatherproofing requirements. 5. Acoustic and Ventilation requirements advice to the Head Contractor for inclusion in the Generator enclosure design. 6. On load synchronising systems using a Woodman Make Before Break Transfer control system. 7. Controls system including Off / Manual Run / Test – On load / Automatic. 8. Assisting the head contractor in testing, commissioning and hand8over on site; 9. Attendance at site meetings; 10. Liaising with the head contractor on all technical and installation matters; 11. 52 weeks maintenance; 12. 52 weeks defects liability; 13. Optional price for a 750kVA Prime rated Diesel Generator set. Note: The Contractor shall forward any ambiguities in the document at the time of tender for the works specified. Claims for extra costs based on the lack of knowledge of the documents or services will not be accepted after submission of the tender.

GOULBURN HOSPITAL – ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADE
The Contractor shall be responsible for the project management, services co ordination, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical services and systems integration as documented and indicated on the concept and detail drawings and described in this performance specification. The Contractor shall note that there are specific items provided as “free issue items” to the contractor. The free issue items will be as follow: a) Diesel generator and ancillaries; b) Diesel fuel tanks and associated fuel transfer system, fuel pipers and control panel; c) Site survey plan which will be arranged by the Hospital; The Contractor shall take delivery, permanent position the free issue equipment and incorporate these items into the installation. Co ordinate the testing, commissioning of these items to achieve a new integrated power supply and reticulation system on site. Practical completion shall be achieved only after all systems and equipment are fully tested and commissioned to the satisfaction of the manufacturers/suppliers. The responsibility of the Electrical Contractor is to become a “Head Contractor” while the diesel generating set supplier will become the nominated subcontractors under the project management of the successful Electrical Contractor. The tender documents for the diesel generator set and the bulk fuel tank/fuel delivery system has been included in appendix C for information only. Allow for project management and managing the nominated diesel generator sub contractor and include for co ordinating the site work, testing, programming, assisting in commissioning of all items provided by this Electrical Contractor as well as the nominated sub contractors/equipment suppliers as necessary.

Provision of Security Services Cootamundra Health Service Facility
It is the intension of Murrumbidgee Local Health District to secure security services via contract for a two (2) year period with a possible twelve (12) month extension by mutual agreement. There are two principal elements to this Scope of Services · Patrolling Services the supply of Security Officers to undertake o Standard night patrol / lock down duties o Random patrol · Guarding Services the supply of Security Officers to undertake o Casual guard services to monitor aggressive patients when police assistance is unavailable The utilisation figures (activity volumes) in relation to Response Guarding Services are shown below and may be used as a guide only and MLHD does not guarantee that this will be the usage during any give period. · 2009/2010 there were 2 separate dates on which guards were required with varying lengths of attendance resulting in approximately 2 individual attendances.
